Eavestroughs (also known as Gutters) should be cleaned at least twice a year, typically in the spring and fall, to prevent blockages that can lead to water damage. However, if you have overhanging trees or experience heavy storms, more frequent cleaning may be necessary. One Eavestrough cleaning is included in both our Spring and Fall service plans.
Lawn mowing frequency depends on the season, weather, and grass type. Generally, weekly mowing during the growing season is ideal. Regular maintenance keeps your lawn healthy, prevents overgrowth, and promotes even growth.
Aeration and overseeding are best done in the early fall for cool-season grasses or late spring for warm-season grasses. These times align with the grass's peak growing season, ensuring optimal recovery and growth.
